The Ammodo Masterclass gives several talented young conductors the chance to actually conduct the Concertgebouw Orchestra while at the same time receiving instruction from a prominent conductor over a period of several days. Over these three days, Iván Fischer shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation. Fischer is not only a visionary conductor, but also a highly dedicated pedagogue. Under his guidance, the participants conduct the orchestra in a varied selection of works from the symphonic repertoire.
