In this new edition of RReflex, M ALBERTO takes over BIMHUIS to kick-off HIGH FLYING PARK, an new open-ended of ‘fugitive space’ beyond medium, centring music and poetry.

On stage, M will explore new poems and compositions with a three-headed beast voiced by vocalists Shara Lunon, Claron McFadden and M ALBERTO, backed by mallet percussion, saxophone and electronics. Channelling the generative resilience of Curaçao, the DIY spirit of New York counter-culture and the Sisyphean persistence of Amsterdam squatters, through a patchwork of rap, opera, ‘minimal’, chamber music, electronic and Black improvised music.
